1. What this covers

This policy explains what NestShop Ltd. collects when you visit this website or use the NestShop dashboard, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It also explains how we handle the customer data you bring into NestShop as a merchant.

2. What we collect

When you create an account we collect your name, email address, phone number and business name. When you use the dashboard we collect what you put in it: products, orders, payments, messages, staff accounts and settings. We also collect technical information such as your IP address, browser, device and the pages you open, so we can keep the service secure and fix problems.

3. Your customers' data

Orders, messages, phone numbers and addresses of your customers are yours. We store and process them only to run your shop: showing them in your inbox, booking couriers, matching payments and sending the order updates you turn on. We do not sell them, use them for advertising, or share them with other merchants.

4. How we use your information

We use what we collect to:

• Run the service and keep your account working.
• Book couriers, match payments and send messages on your behalf when you ask.
• Bill you for your plan and usage.
• Answer your support requests.
• Understand how the product is used so we can improve it.
• Detect abuse and keep the service secure.

5. Who we share it with

We share data only with the companies needed to deliver the service, and only what they need:

• Payment providers such as bKash and Nagad, and card processors, to take and match payments.
• Courier companies, to book pickups and deliver orders.
• Messaging platforms such as Meta, WhatsApp and Instagram, and SMS and telephony carriers, to send and receive messages and calls.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers, including AWS, Google Cloud and Cloudflare, which store and serve the service.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

6. Cookies

This website and the dashboard use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and remember your preferences, such as light or dark mode. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, so there is no cookie banner to click through.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your account and store data for as long as your account is open. When you close it, we keep the data for 30 days so you can export it, then delete it, except for records we must keep by law, such as invoices.

8. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, backed up daily, and access inside NestShop is limited to the people who need it to support you. No system is perfectly secure, so if we ever learn of a breach that affects you, we will tell you without undue delay.

9. Your rights

You can see, correct, export or delete the information we hold about you from the dashboard or by contacting us. If you are a customer of a shop that uses NestShop, contact that shop first; we will help them respond.

10. Children

NestShop is a tool for businesses and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from them.

11. Changes to this policy

When we change this policy in a way that matters, we will show a notice in the dashboard or email you before it takes effect.
